Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to inspect your officiating gear and ensure it meets your professional standards.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and customization requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized umpire caps and referee apparel
- State-specific official apparel (Alabama AHSAA, Arizona AIA, and other association-specific gear)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products with removed tags or original packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or use
These exceptions ensure that all sports officials receive equipment that maintains the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information using the template below.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
What’s Refunded
Your refund will include the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of wrong items shipped or defective products.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. Please specify in your return request the item you’d like to exchange for, including size and color preferences. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Wrong Items

International Returns
While we serve officials globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
